Crock Pot Beef Taco Bean Soup

This slow cooker recipe is easy to put together and big on taste.

Beef Taco Bean Soup

What You Need:
2lb rump roast
1 package taco seasoning
1-15oz Mexican style diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 small can green chilies
1-8oz can tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
shredded cheddar cheese

Cut roast into bite-size chunks. Roll in taco seasoning and add to crockpot. Then add tomatoes, chilies, tomato sauce, onion and bouillon cubes. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or until meat is tender.
